I'd say true to size for most things, but if you're between sizes or want a looser fit, maybe go up one. Their size chart on the product page is usually accurate too.

I'd say the quality is a bit better than Stradivarius, maybe on par with some of Bershka's nicer pieces. Style-wise, Natalie Clothing feels a bit more curated and unique, less mass-produced.
